Will it fit my head?
Both pieces come in one size. The bonnet's band is 22.4 inches (57 cm) around, and the eye mask is 8 by 3.7 inches (20.5 by 9.5 cm) on an elastic strap.
Does the mask block all light?
It covers your eyes and keeps out most light. A little may reach the edges near your nose, as with any flat mask.
